Welcome to the Events Industry App

 The Industry was developed by a Mobile Events Professional. The Industry app was built to help Venues, Restaurants, Event Hosts and Planners find Independent Event Contractors. Having worked with many venues, restaurants, planners, brides, and grooms over the years, I would get asked to supply staff last minute; sometimes even the day of. I would frantically call and text everyone I knew for help trying to cover the position.  That urgency to find someone or fill those position was truly the driving force behind The Industry.  I wanted to create a platform that allowed users to find contractors for their events, even for day of bookings.  As an owner of a company who hired only independent contractors, it was equally important for me that the contractors using The Industry app were able to set their own rates based on their experience, knowledge, certifications, licenses, and credibility.
